Reservation
Inquiries and reservation for all services in related to event & travel programs should be directed to chimera office in Bali, at the minimum time of 30 days, unless the event dates are closer than minimum order required. Maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservation efficiently. Please provide the event detail includes: arrival and departure dates, flight detail and number of persons involved and alternative hotels, if acceptable to assist as in fulfilling your requirement.
Confirmation
Letter of confirmation will be submitted within 24 after receiving your booking by Email or Facsimile when short notice does not permit us to confirm by letter. In conjunction to our confirmations, chimera should receive “Letter of Appointment” stating that chimera is the only official organizer for your event. (Sample letter of appointment is available and can be submitted whenever requested)
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation fees are levied by chimera incases where charge are instigated by outside contractors or where action taken extend beyond reservation for event & travel services. Charge will be levied at the sole discrimination for movement planning, consulting and ancillary expenses relating to the development of services of a specialized nature or where cancellation are lodged (including reduction in size of movement by more than 10 %) within 30 days of commencement of the operation.
The majority of hotels, carriers, restaurants and other contractor charge cancellation fees, which vary depending on the circumstances. In the event of cancellation or reduction in movement size, chimera will only be liable to refund (or not charge for) any monies paid (or due) subject to deduction of such sums, as may be claimed in cancellation fees by chimera, hotels, carriers or other services specified above.
If cancellation is received 30 days prior to departure, the deposit will be forfeited but the balance of the money will be returned. For cancellations received between 29 - 15 days before departure, 30% of the cost for the tour will be charged. For cancellations made within 7 days of departure, it is regretted that no refund can be made.
Term of Payment
Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer or bank draft. Payment may also be made by cash or company check. Fund must be lodge the bank account of and comply with payment provisions. chimera shall be entitled to claim for, and receive payment of any expenses incurred, in addition to full settlement with interest, for any unpaid amount with respect to services provided.

Schedule of payment:
Payment 1 = 25% at the latest by 45 days prior event date
Payment 2 = 50% at the latest by 21 days prior event date
Payment 3 = 25% at the latest by 07 days after event date
Voucher and Exchange Orders
Please issue one voucher for all service required, clearly setting out the services to be provided including an itinerary (copy should also be forwarded with the voucher). Only the service detail will be provided. Copies of vouchers and itinerary must be received, together with the first payment, before the arrival of your clients.
Taxes
All chimera ‘s services are applied with 10% government tax, where the amount will be stated on the invoice and should be receive together with the final payment. In condition of tax paid by clients, chimera will only submitting the invoice and clients should send the tax payment prove to chimera
Exchange Rates
All rate is quoted in our tariff are in Indonesian Rupiah. chimera does not guarantee currency rates or any quotation where currency conversion is included. Where payments are made, in other than local currency, the overseas clients will be held responsible for any shortfall resulting upon presentation to our local bank in the respective country on the day payment is presented.
Validity
The validity of our rates is based every single requirement, where all the event rates may vary depending on the seasons, reasonable increases on exiting labor and fuel costs. Rates can be obtained to chimera office based on request.chimera reserve the right in there sole discretion to alter rates at any time without prior notice.
Liability
chimera acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, rental car operators and other contractor (here is after collectively referred to as "Contractors". Therefore both for them selves and on behalf of their servant and agent chimera do not accept responsibility for:
- Any act, omission, default or neglect by them selves, their servants and agents for the Contractors, for injury, damage or loss to person or goods, accidents, change of schedule or other irregularities whatsoever and howsoever the same maybe caused.
- Any cancellation of journeys, deviations, delays or failure to provide seats, berth or facilities for carrying or storing luggage or for any failure to provide accommodation.
chimera also reserves the right without being liable for any lost or damage, to change the itinerary with or without notice and at its sole discretion, if found to be in the best interest of all concern.
Responsibility
chimera, its subsidiaries and/or its associated agents acts only as agents for the companies they represent, and disclaim any and all liability for property loss or damaged, and/or any and all damages directly or indirectly resulting from death or personal injuries, which may sustained on account of, or arising out of, by reason of, or while engaged on, any event, whether due to the ownership maintenance, use, operation or control of any aircraft, automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, inn, hotel, guest house, common carrier or otherwise, or whether cause by failure or delay or by any transportation company, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise.
All tickets, coupon, and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to these terms and conditions in addition to any and all term and condition under the means of transportation and other services provided which are offered or supplied by owners, operator or public carrier for whom chimera act solely as an agent.
chimera reserve the right in its discretion to alter or omit part of the itinerary or change any reservation, feature and / or means of conveyance without notice and for any reason whatsoever and without allowance for compensation or refund, but the extra cost, if any, resulting there from shall be due and payable by passengers.
Neither chimera nor the transportation companies concerned are to be held responsible to any act, omission, or event during the time passenger are not on board their carrier or conveyances. The passenger contract are in use by the carrier concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies and the purchase of these tours and / or passengers.
In the event of fluctuations of currency or variations in cost payable by us, chimera reserve the right to vary the cost of the tour after acceptance of a booking up to and including the date of departure, and the increased cost shall be due and payable by passenger. |
